Losing Mr Richard Rivon

We have lost another cowboy in 2011 and another Bill Pickett Trail Rider recipient, the second one this year.
 
A few months ago we lost 87 year old "Red Rooster".  Until a couple of months prior to his death he was still riding his horse Zydeco Bill with attending trail rides and rodeos.  Rooster loved life...he loved being a cowboy and he loved his music.  He would play his harmonica while the bands played. He helped the Bill Pickett Trail Riders at every event.  He would say "Cynthia I got this.

The BPTR rans the roads this pass weekend.  Thanks for the love you guys we had a great time in Lufin, Montgomery and Opelousas.
 
This weekend we will be partying with Stone Cold in Sandy Point, TX then heading to a Border2Border event in Port Allen, LA with Lock N Load.

On Saturday, June 11 at our 7th Annual event we will be hostingHIV/AIDS private testing.  Also, there will be educational material for everyone.
